• AI-powered content generation for marketing purposes
• Integration with Instagram and TikTok for content publishing
• Content scheduling and management tools
• Product and store URL management

3. User Accounts

To use XEA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

XEA offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use XEA to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Violate the terms of connected social media platforms

6. Prohibited Content Policy

XEA uses AI-powered content moderation to protect our platform and users. The following content categories are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account banning:

• Adult/Sexual Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, adult products or services, escort services, or any content inappropriate for minors.
• Violence & Gore: Graphic violence, content promoting harm to others, weapons intended for harm, or disturbing imagery.
• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Drugs & Controlled Substances: Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or content promoting substance abuse.
• Gambling: Online casinos, betting services, or gambling-related content (except where legally permitted and properly licensed).
• Self-Harm: Content promoting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Fraud & Scams: Deceptive practices, pyramid schemes, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent services.

Enforcement: All store URLs undergo a 30-60 minute AI evaluation before approval. Users who attempt to submit prohibited content will be permanently banned without warning or refund.

7. Content Responsibility

While XEA generates content using AI, you are ultimately responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving all content before publication
• Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• The accuracy of product information and claims
• Obtaining necessary rights for images and content

8. Social Media Platform Compliance

When connecting your social media accounts, you agree to:

• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use only accounts you own or have authorization to manage
• Not use XEA to violate any platform's policies

9. Intellectual Property

XEA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XEA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content generated for your marketing purposes is licensed to you for your business use, but XEA retains rights to use anonymized data to improve our AI models.

10. Limitation of Liability

XEA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken by social media platforms on your account
• Results of marketing campaigns

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Prohibited Content Policy
• Violation of connected platform policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Note: Accounts terminated for Prohibited Content Policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
